First of all... taking the camera didn't work out too well. It somehow ended up getting left behind, and so I didn't get as many pictures as I wanted. Other people took a lot of pictures though, so I'm going to be stalking them in order to get said pictures. ^.^

Overall, Zenkaikon was pretty fun. Sooooooo much smaller than A-kon though... It was cute. ^.^ Kitty was an awesome Matt, and we had a lot of fun playing around together. I think I can officially say that we will never be able to break each other like we did before the kon...

Yeah... we will definitely not be able to break each other again... at least not with those kinds of comments. We were also hugging a lot and just being are usual cuddly selves. I was even glomped by a Mikami who saw me in the hall and literally ran and tackled me into a hug. I think she actually scared Kitty though... We were just walking down the hall and I randomly heard someone yell "MELLO!" and then I was tackled by a Mikami. Fun times. ^.^

There really wasn't much going on during the day... well, nothing extremely exciting. There were a few concerts and a rave that night, but we ended up leaving around 10 or so. We attempted to go see the [geist] concert, but then these complete idiots in the crowd starting moshing and acting like complete dumb-asses... So Kitty and I left.

We did meet a really adorable Matt and Near whom we ran into throughout the kon. They were really fun to hang out with, and I'm really glad we met them. Before the concert, Kitty and I were talking with them and mentioned that no one had actually asked for any yaoi pictures all day, and then the Matt we met promptly took out a camera and decided to fix that situation... ^.^ Luckily, it really wasn't awkward at all, because even though Kitty and I aren't dating or anything and definitely don't like each other in THAT way, it was easy to slip into character and make it look real. ^.^

So... even though Zenkaikon was smaller than what I'm used to, it was still a lot of fun, and we ended up meeting some really awesome people. I really hope to go again next year. I think I might be altering my Mello cosplay a bit for next time if I decide to repeat it for Zenkaikon. If not, since I am planning to pull together my Medusa cosplay from Soul Eater for Otakon next summer, I will probably be pulling that cosplay together again for Zenkaikon. Kitty is planning to cosplay Stein from Soul Eater, so that should be a lot of fun. ^.^

I really hope Kaze can come with us to Zenkaikon next year as well. It would be so much fun to have my Matt and my Near with me then if we decide to repeat the Death Note cosplay for it. ^.^

Also, as a side note, I will be finishing up Snow soon. I only have 1 or 2 chapters left to go before it's officially finished. The last chapter will be titled "End" so be looking out for that.
